HOME BUYER INFORMATION

As a Buyer, you pay NO commission.  The Seller always pays both sides of the commission.

• Colleen will set you up on a customized property search; you will receive new listings that meet your criteria 2-3 days before they actually reach the public MLS System.

• If something catches your eye, we will arrange an appointment for you to view the property or obtain additional information.

• When you do find a property an offer will be prepared on your behalf. Colleen will provide you with advice and guidance in regards to price and terms, including all the details that will protect your best interests.

• Negotiating is a key component. Colleen will work on your behalf to obtain the price and terms favorable to you. Any information regarding motivation, or flexibility in price will work to our advantage.

We will provide you with names of Lawyers, Financial Lenders and Building Inspectors, all of which come highly recommended through personal experience and from other clients who were satisfied with their service. 

All the appropriate documentation will be forwarded to your lawyer and financial institution.
